YES!! BluePipes will never sell your personal contact information to third parties.

The only information that is visible to anyone, including your connections, is what appears on your public profile. Your public profile includes a limited set of information and is similar to what is displayed with any other professional network. BluePipes does not allow third parties to access or download any other information or documents that you store with the service.

With BluePipes, you have complete control over who receives your documentation. You can use the BluePipes File Cabinet feature to easily email copies of your BluePipes resume, application and skills checklists as well as the career related documents you upload. You can also use the Profile Download feature to download your resume, application and skills checklists, save them on your computer, and email them at your convenience.

BluePipes is revolutionizing the healthcare career management and recruitment process. You can say that our services “disrupt” the current status quo in which healthcare staffing agencies require you to complete a tedious applicant tracking system process.

No, there is no charge for sending or receiving your documents.

You can invite your colleagues via email through the BluePipes Connect platform. You can also search for members already on BluePipes, including companies and recruiters, using the Advanced Search feature and send them connection requests via their BluePipes profile page.

FAQs for Agencies and Recruiters

YES!! BluePipes welcomes recruiters and they can create a free profile by selecting “Employer/Other” as their “Field” when signing up.

Recruiters can realize many benefits from creating a free profile. They include:

  1. Potential inquiries and connection requests from BluePipes members: Members have access to advanced search features that allow them to find recruiters who may be able to help them achieve their career goals. Members are also able to send connection requests to 2nd degree connections for free. So you can potentially land new candidates just by completing your profile.
  2. Referral business: By building your professional network on BluePipes, you’ll be able to view profiles and determine if you have shared connections with new candidates. You can then request an introduction by simply messaging your shared connection.
  3. Simplifying your recruitment efforts: We’re sure you’ve noticed that candidates do not like filling out applications and skills checklists. Make their life simpler by inviting them to connect with you on BluePipes. You’ll be viewed as a lifesaver and you can request that they send you their documents when ready.

YES! BluePipes has a feature that allows members to submit company-page “Claim Requests” for the companies listed as their current employers. You’ll notice that the names of the companies you have listed in your profile work history are links. Simply click on the link for your current company and you’ll see a “Claim” or “Join” button. Click the button and follow the steps!

Claiming your company page allows you to edit the Company’s details and gets your brand in front of thousands of potential candidates. It also unlocks access to our premium services like Job Postings and Recruitment Subscriptions.

YES!! There are several ways that recruiters can connect with healthcare professionals on BluePipes. They include:

  1. Inviting them to connect: Use the BluePipes Connect page to invite your colleagues to join you on BluePipes.
  2. Get invited to connect: Healthcare professionals can search for and send connection requests to recruiters at their convenience.
  3. Connect through name search: Recruiters can search for members by name. If you find a member that you know, then you can request to connect with them as long as you have the email address they used to create the account.
  4. Recruitment Subscription: You can purchase a Recruitment Subscription which gives you access to advanced search features to search the public profile information of members and send connection requests without having the email address of members.

The only way to receive a member’s BluePipes profile is for the member to send it to you themselves. We do not sell contact information or access to candidate information to third parties. We are not a lead generator.

Simply put, accepting BluePipes documents will improve your sales. Not only will you be simplifying your recruitment process for candidates, but you will reduce the time it takes to get candidates submitted, giving you an advantage over your competitors. And remember, many of your competitors are already accepting BluePipes documents.

The simple answer is NO, you do not need candidates to complete your own documents. We realize that it’s convenient to have your candidates complete your application process because it gets them into your applicant tracking system. However, it’s also costing you valuable business. Consider the following:

  1. Over 70% of travel nurses polled would be more likely to work with an agency if they didn’t have to complete the application process.

No, accepting BluePipes documents does not conflict with JCAHO requirements. BluePipes has consulted with respected staffing industry JCAHO consultants who have clearly stated that there are no conflicts with JCAHO. This is why so many JCAHO certified agencies are already confidently accepting BluePipes documents.
